Refund Policy

If the Sydenham Community Curling Club is required to cancel the bonspiel due to COVID-19 and /or subsequent restrictions, a full refund will be issued to all teams registered to play.
If a team must withdraw from the bonspiel due to a member (or members) of the team being exposed to COVID-19, and the quarantine period cannot be safely completed before the bonspiel, the team will be issued a full refund.
A team withdrawing for any reason other than COVID-19 will be issued a full refund of the registration fee if requested more than 30 days prior (December 15) to the start of the bonspiel.
Refunds requested less than 30 days prior to the start of the bonspiel due to non-COVID-19 reasons will be not be accepted, unless an eligible replacement team can be found.
